As an insurance broker, I process your data primarily to fulfill my brokerage mandate (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Data Disclosure

Your data will only be passed on to third parties if this is absolutely necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., to insurance companies, comparison platforms, or cooperation partners).

Storage Period

Your personal data remains with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke consent for data processing, your data will be deleted unless there are other legally permissible reasons for storage (e.g., tax or commercial law retention periods of up to 10 years).

Hosting at ALL-INKL

This website is hosted at ALL-INKL.COM (Friedersdorf, Germany). Your data is stored exclusively on German servers. Usage is based on our legitimate interest in secure website provision (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR/DSGVO).

Reach Measurement with Matomo

We use the privacy-friendly tool Matomo on our own server for statistical analysis of website usage. No cookies are set for tracking purposes and IP addresses are immediately anonymized. Data processing is based on our legitimate interest in optimizing our website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). You have the option to object to the recording of your visits here:

WhatsApp & Communication

When contacting via WhatsApp, we use end-to-end encryption. Please note the privacy policy of WhatsApp/Meta.

Google Workspace

For emails, documents (Google Docs), appointment bookings (Google Calendar), and data collection via forms (Google Forms), we use Google Workspace. For process optimization, we also use integrated AI tools (Google Gemini). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google based on EU standard contractual clauses (Standardvertragsklauseln) and have explicitly set the storage location of the data to the European Union (EU).

Vimeo

To integrate videos, we use the provider Vimeo. When loading a video, a connection is established to Vimeo's servers. Vimeo is informed which of our pages you have visited. Vimeo also obtains your IP address. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo or do not have an account there.

YouTube

To integrate videos, we use the provider YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). When calling up a page with YouTube videos, a connection is established to YouTube's servers. YouTube is informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile.

Note on Data Transfer to the USA

We use tools from companies based in the USA (e.g., Google, Meta, Microsoft). When these tools are active, personal data can be transferred to the USA. We point out that since July 2023, the USA is again considered a safe third country with a data protection level comparable to the EU standard through the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), provided that the US companies are certified according to the DPF. The service providers we use have this certification or we use standard contractual clauses (SCCs - Standardvertragsklauseln).

To provide our services as an insurance broker efficiently and digitally, we use specialized platforms and work with broker pools:

MAXPOOL

We use the services of MAXPOOL Servicegesellschaft für Finanzdienstleister mbH for process support and contract management.

VEMA eG

As a member of the VEMA Versicherungs-Makler-Genossenschaft eG, we use their technical infrastructure, comparison calculators, and databases to optimize our consultation.

simplr (blue-direct)

For digital inventory management and providing a customer folder, we use the platform of blue-direct GmbH & Co. KG (brand: simplr). This allows you to view your contracts online.

Deutsche Vorsorgedatenbank

We cooperate with Deutsche Vorsorgedatenbank AG for the mediation of the Premium Emergency Service and the storage of vorsorge documents.

The transfer of your data to these partners is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR/DSGVO (contract fulfillment) and to safeguard our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR/DSGVO).

6. Social Media Presence

We maintain profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram. When visiting these pages, the privacy policies of the respective platform operators apply (LinkedIn Ireland or Meta Platforms Ireland).

Revocation of your consent: Many data processing operations (such as the use of WhatsApp) are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke a previously given consent at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
